En este contrato de participación al capital se nombra en numerosas ocasiones la transmisión de las acciones de una empresa a otra. y se dice que son: Namens-Stückaktien. Mi pregunta es:

¿se trata siempre de acciones nominativas, acciones nominativas sin valor nominal o simplemente acciones? Es que Stückaktie tenía entendido que eran acciones sin valor nominal ¿siempre es así?

Por cierto, cuando el señor se llama Herr Prof. XXXX, se suele poner también al español el señor Prof. XXX o simplemente se deja el Prof. XXX?

Lo del profesor no sé contestarte con certezea pero en algúna guía de estilo (Credito Cuisse, Banco Pastor) dicen que se debe omitir el título de "Dr." alemán.
