Explanation:
Ist m.E. der Begriff der Wahl. Art. 669 CC ist nicht relevant, da es hier nicht um spanisches Recht, sondern (wahrscheinlich) um deutsches Recht geht. Außerdem ist das ja sowieso nur Derecho común, in Aragón z.B. bezeichnet "testamento mancomunado" m.E. genau die Testamentsform, um die es hier gehen müsste.
