Hola colegas:

Estoy traduciendo las condiciones generales de negocio de un mayorista de viajes (sí, sí, justo eso que nadie se lee) ;o) y en el apartado de responsabilidades aparece esta expresión.

El contexto es el siguiente:
"Der Reiseveranstalter haftet für ein Verschulden der Leistungsträger dem Grunde und der Höhe nach nur gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften."

Os agradezco mucho de antemano la ayuda que me podais prestar.
