¿Pensáis que este delito es mejor traducirlo en español como simplemente delito de prostitución que es como se estipula en el Código Penal español, pese a que en alemán sí tiene esa connotación de "trasnacional"? ¿Qué pensáis?

24.Asimismo, el artículo 216 del Código Penal (procuración) (Zuhälterei) penaliza la explotación de una persona que se prostituye (esta disposición es neutral en cuanto al género) y el artículo 217 (tráfico transfronterizo con fines de prostitución) (grenzüberschreitender Prostitutionshandel) tiene por objeto proteger a las personas independientemente de su edad o género o de que ya estén practicando o no la prostitución, de manera que no sean trasladadas o contratadas para prostituirse en otro Estado.
