siehe unten Explanation: Deine Übersetzung ist schon richtig, die Erklärung ist wie folgt: Eine Firma/jemand hat eine Rechnung mit Umsatzsteuer/IVA ausgestellt, wo keine anfällt. Der Rechnungsempfänger fordert die gezahlte Umsatzsteuer vom Finanzamt zurück, aber das Finanzamt sagt, es könne keine Steuer erstattet werden, wo eigentlich keine angefallen ist, und er solle sich an den Rechnungsteller wenden, der fälschlicherweise Umsatzsteuer berechnet und kassiert hat. |
