Hallo Kollegen!

Dieser Ausdruck erscheint mir mehrmals in meinem Text. Nach langer Suche habe ich Einiges gefunden, aber nichts gefällt mir so richtig. Meinen eigenen Vorschlag bis jetzt wäre ""Administración preventiva de justicia".

Was ich weiß ist, dass es mit Notaren zu tun hat und sollte so einen ziemlich feststehenden Begriff sein.

Ein bisschen Zusammenhang (ich habe selber auch nicht viel):
"Das Internetportal XY soll das europäische justizielle Netz der Europäischen Kommission im Bereich der *vorsorgenden Rechtspflege* ergänzen."

Hola, Helena! Si das "justicia preventiva", no son pocas las entradas. En rigor, yo diría que se trata de "administración preventiva" de "justicia preventiva" y que el castellano permite transmitir el sentido poniendo el adjetivo en cualquiera de las dos posiciones. Piénsalo con "medidas": "administración preventiva de medidas" o "admnistración de medidas preventivas" - cuál sería la diferencia semántica? No la veo. Pero sí veo que el uso favorece la "justicia perventiva"...

Habría que definir mejor qué es lo que se quiere prevenir
La reapuesta es bastante literal, pero viendo que es un asunto de impuestos aduaneros, descarto una conexión con temas de previsión social.
