si el "tele..." no es de tu mayor agrado, podrías expresarlo con un giro idiomático, como por ej. "manipuladores controlados en forma remota", o algo por el estilo.

Se puede agregar: ... telecomandados, ... a distancia, ... remotos y similares, pero si se aclaró que son para trabajar en celdas calientes, detrás de paredes aisladas contra radiaciones y el contexto te dice que es según "DIN 25409-6 Fernbedienungsgeräte zum Arbeiten hinter Schutzwänden; Ferngreifer, Anforderungen", ese agregado no aporta gran cosa.
