German term or phrase: Stockwerkeigentum En un registro catastral suizo consta una finca de estas características. Creo más o menos entender el concepto, sin embargo no se me ocurre cómo traducirlo al español. Por si la definición de wikipedia pudiera servir de ayuda: "Stockwerkseigentum bedeutet verbüchertes Eigentum an einem Stockwerk in einem Haus, das kein Superädifikat ist. Stockwerkeigentum und Wohnungseigentum ist in der Praxis ein Kompromiss zwischen Alleineigentum (z. B. Eigenheim) und Kollektiveigentum. Der Stockwerkeigentümer muss, wie der Wohnungseigentümer, viel Gemeinschaftssinn entwickeln, da er durch sein Sonderrecht im Gegensatz zum Mieter stärker an das Objekt (Recht) gebunden ist und sich der Umgebung und geänderten Bedingungen in flexiblem Masse anpassen". ¡Muchas gracias de antemano!
