underspill Explanation: The "Gleitkomma-" in the source term is unnecessary. "Flyttalsbottning" is homemade; 2 Google hits only, both leading to the inventor of "flyttalsbottning". flyttalsunderspill Explanation: eller flyttalsbottning är båda gångbara termer för detta Bottning, se ref från liu (så helt min egen uppfinning är termen inte, den förekommer ju även på akademisk nivå). Både bottning, underspill och underflow är dock generella termer, som kan användas även i andra sammanhang än flyttal. Att stryka Gleitkomma (flyttal) är enligt min mening att förändra termens innehåll. Förra gången (se ref 2) försökte Sven med underflöde, men fick inget gehör för den termen. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 10 hrs (2006-12-12 19:46:57 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Spill är (ibland) en sammanfattande term för både underflow och overflow. Om man måste skilja på dem, kan man lämpligen använda spill/underspill , överspill/underspill eller överspill/bottning.
