Länken nedan ger följande: Transfer of Securities In future it is possible for paying agents to consider the historic acquisition information in case of security transfers in order to avoid the „lump sum taxation“ (30% from the sales price). This information can be provided by a paying agent, if he is domiciled within the EU, EWR or in a qualified 3rd country (e.g. Switzerland, San Marino, Monaco and Andorra). The information can either be delivered electronically („Taxbox-Method“ offered by Clearstream) or via report. Not only the transmittance of acquisition information of the securities is allowed, furthermore also the existing pot accounts can be transferred to another paying agent.
