voll belegt Explanation: "Protected against high voltage" kann nicht die Übersetzung sein. Ein anderer Begriff für "voll beschaltet" ist "voll belegt". Dies ist ein Begriff aus der Audio/Video-Technik. Beispiel: Ein Scartkabel besteht aus 2 Stecker mit 21 Kontakten. Solch ein Kabel wird meist als "voll beschaltet" oder auch "voll beschalten" bezeichnet, da alle 21 Kontakte verbunden wurden.
