neutral  Steffen Walter: Nach dem Doppelpunkt steht aber "Mehrfragmentfraktur der Patella links", was nicht zu Cor/Pulmo passt. / Ja, gut möglich.

  -> fiel mir auch zunächst auf; ich verstehe es jetzt so, dass sich der Doppelpunkt auf das Gesamte "Unterschenkel li., Kniegelenk li., Hemithorax re., C/P" bezieht
