Ich würde eher sagen: Kristalle mit unterschiedlichen Maßen und unterschiedlichem Gewicht, sonst klingt es komisch.
Um die Verdoppelung von unterschiedlich zu vermeiden, wäre dann allerdings ein Synonym besser (anders etc.).
