English translation:polishing??

Explanation:
Μπορεί να είναι το στίλβωμα (polishing), το σκλήβωμα υπάρχει πάντως. Σκληβώνω= κάνω κάτι να έχει πιο ομοιογενή υφή. Στο ζύμωμα= ζυμώνω καλά μέχρι να γίνει ομοιογενές το ζυμάρι/η ζύμη.
