Το τεμάχιο είναι γωνιακό, έχει σχετικά τριγωνικό σχήμα με ομαλή επίπεδη επιφάνεια. Εφάπτεται δύο δρόμων, της οδού ........., η οποία συνδέει το κέντρο της πόλης ............... κατά μήκος του δυτικού του συνόρου σε ολικό πρόσωπο 90μ περίπου και της οδού ........., κατά μήκος του νοτίου συνόρου σε ολικό πρόσωπο 56μ περίπου.

It's a description of a property and it's the first time I've seen this term. Any suggestions?
