There are various equation types (linear, non linear etc.) and models [Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) a.o.] so which the equation of this case is, must have been previously specified somewhere in the document or there may be only one equation used for wind turbine sites annual power production. I really have no idea. Starting form these it could be said in many other ways. The decision is up to you.
