As for the repetition, advertisements and promotional material often repeat words for emphasis because they are trying to plant an idea in the reader's mind.

I do not agree with the choice. What does it mean, 'get your own, personal contact'. 'Personal Banking, means what it says. It is meant to be 'personal'. So, why repeat 'personal' in the same short sentence? Unless one strictly translates, word for word, from Greek to English. MY Bank gives me PERSONAL BANKING SERVICE and WHEN I RECEIVE THAT SERVICE I AM ONE-TO-ONE WITH the 'Personal Banking' Manager/Advisor. I, then, talk '..of receiving one-to-one service' within that Personal Banking provision/facility. I would translate the text as,' RECEIVE ONE-TO-ONE SERVICE VIA X.. BANK'S PERSONAL BANKING FACILITY.' I would appreciate PHILLIP LEES'S imput on this.
