agree  Dave Bindon: "Invoice" on its own would be enough. a) we wouldn't send an invoice for services not rendered, would we?! and b) "for services rendered" is also used as a euphemism for sexual 'services', so it might be best to avoid saying it!

  -> Thanks Dave, that was my first reaction, i.e. just invoice but having lived a very sheltered life I wasn't sure whether the ladies in question issue invoices for services rendered nowadays :)
