The reason why I have added this as a separate answer is because the term “Service Contract” or “Service Agreement” can often refer to a “Maintenance Contract”, i.e., a contract for the maintenance of machinery or something, whereas the term “Service Provision Contract” is more specific and can only really be used for a contract or agreement for the provision of services.
