neutral  Dave Bindon: I'd say that "share" sounds wrong in this context, and percentage would be used in longer phrases like "the channels show an equal percentage of..."

Explanation:
If the percentages were far from equal, then you would write that "there is a skewed distribution between", and, of course, you would change "between" into "among" in case the programme categories were more than two.

neutral  Dave Bindon: "Distribution" doesn't sound right in this context..."equal distribution [of programmes]" would suggest that the Foreign:Greek ratio per hour is equal. "Relatively balanced" is OK.
