certified date Explanation: Δεν είμαι νομικός, αλλά από αυτά που καταλαβαίνω πρόκειται για έγγραφο όπου η ημερομηνία/χρονολογία θα είναι πιστοποιημένη με κάποιο τρόπο, όπως π.χ. το γνήσιο της υπογραφής. Απ΄όσο ξέρω οι συμβολαιογράφοι έχουν τπ δικαίωμα στην Ελλάδα να βεβαιώνουν την χρονολογία: "Περιορισμένα θα ευθύνεστε (δηλαδή μόνο μέχρι την αξία του αυτοκινήτου), μόνο αν το έχετε παραχωρήσει μόνιμα με κάποια σύμβαση (π.χ. χρησιδάνειο, μεταβίβαση επικαρπίας για ορισμένο χρόνο κτλ.), και μάλιστα με βέβαιη χρονολογία (συμβολαιογράφος, γνήσιο της υπογραφής στην αστυνομία)" http://library.techlink.gr/4t/article-main.asp?mag=1&issue=3...
