without any interruption of such legal proceedings for reasons of force majeure Explanation: Βλέπω ότι αυτό προέρχεται από τον Νόμο 2190/1920 "Περί Ανωνύμων Εταιρειών" και στην καθαρεύουσα έλεγε «μη επερχομένης εντεύθεν βιαίας διακοπής της δίκης και συνεπώς μη απαιτουμένης δηλώσεως περί επαναλήψεως αυτής», που σημαίνει ότι στην περίπτωση μετατροπής της εταιρικής μορφής οι εκκρεμείς δίκες συνεχίζονται κανονικά αφού δεν έχει προκύψει βίαιη διακοπή, όπως π.χ. θάνατος ενός των διαδίκων.
