To Haroula: How about adapting the words I gave by writing. "which foresees/provides a special reason for abrogating the unjust nature (of the offence) if there is justfiable interest".

It's not the fact in itself that you (or myself for that matter) couldn't find references applying precisely to the particular circumstances of my text that troubles me, but whether the term used in these references is indicative of a certain usage in English of such term different to the use of the term in Greek in the specific context of my text. The term is correct in the context provided in these references but certainly there is the possibility of it not being suitable for what I am looking for here. In any case, thank you for your help. To Haroula: With regard to the comment you made below, just because I was unable to find an internet reference that applies precisely to the particular circumstances of your text does not necessarily mean that the answer I gave is unsuitable for such circumstances.
