Explanation:
Αν θέλεις εναλλακτική απόδοση, πολύ συχνά χρησιμοποιείται στις συμβάσεις το ρήμα construe. Αλλά σαν ουσιαστικό είναι interpretation.

THE PRESENT CONTRACT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GREEK LAW. ANY DISPUTES OR DIFFERENCES ARISING FROM THE INTERPRETATION OR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRESENT CONTRACT WILL BE HEARD BEFORE THE COMPETENT CIVIL COURTS OF ATHENS.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties shall and hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES ARISING FROM THE INTERPRETATION OR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRESENT, UNLESS SETTLED AMICABLY BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO, SHALL BE BROUGHT BEFORE THE TOWN OF ATHENS COURTS FOR SETTLEMENT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES OF THE GREEK CIVIL LITIGATION CODE AND THE GREEK LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
