Παρόλο που, σύμφωνα με τα παραπάνω, οι ένδικες αξιώσεις των αντιδίκων πρέπει να απορριφθούν σύμφωνα με το αγγλικό δίκαιο,
το οποίο τυγχάνει εφαρμογής στην προκειμένη περίπτωση, επικουρικά και για λόγους πληρότητας της άμυνάς μας αναφέρουμε τα παρακάτω, προκειμένου να καταδειχθεί ότι και σύμφωνα με το ελληνικό δίκαιο οι ένδικες αξιώσεις των αντιδίκων πρέπει να απορριφθούν ως νόμω και ουσία αβάσιμες.
