Στα Μέλη θα πρέπει να γίνει μια ιδιαίτερη προσπάθεια να εμπλουτισθούν όσο γίνεται περισσότερο και να καλύψουμε όλες σχεδόν τις Ευρωπαϊκές χώρες. Παράλληλα πρέπει να συνεργασθούμε πολύ στενά και με τους Ακαδημαϊκούς Οργανισμούς του Management ώστε στην Ομοσπονδία να εκπροσωπούνται τόσο επαγγελματίες όσο και Ακαδημαϊκοί. Αν και εφ όσον συμφωνήσουμε πιστεύω ότι πρέπει να γίνει επαφή με όλους τους υφιστάμενους Οργανισμούς Management στην Ευρώπη και να τους ζητήσουμε να γίνουν Μέλη μας. Ο στόχος πρέπει να είναι να υπάρχουν 20 ενεργά Μέλη το 2012 και γύρω στα 30 ενεργά Μέλη το 2013.Προσωπική μου άποψη είναι ότι θα πρέπει να μπορούμε να δεχθούμε και περισσότερα από ένα Μέλη από κάθε χώρα ώστε να αποφύγουμε τα προβλήματα των ιδιαιτεροτήτων που έχουν οι χώρες αυτές.
