Personal history Explanation: or 'personal background'. I'm not translating κάπνισμα in this reply because it's self-evident, and any number of other things could follow A.A. A.A. = ατομικό αναμνηστικό frequently appears (written in full) on hospital admission records. Responses (if any) vary a lot, but they tend to include information that UK/American records might list in separate categories. The records have a general theme of being background information which may affect diagnosis or treatment of the current condition, but don't form part of the current condition. More detailed reports might have sections for "social history" (things like smoking and excessive alcohol); "medical history" (previous conditions and surgery, presumed cured); and "family history" (conditions suffered by close family, now or in the past, which could have a genetic component). |
