Δεν θάρθει; ρώτησε το ένα αγόριμ το ψηλότερο.
Τί; Δεν θάρθει; ρώτησε τ'άλλο.
Είναι αρρωστος; ρώτησε ξανά τό πρώτο.

I'm translating one of Samarakis short stories... and though I'm sure it's quite easy I don't manage to translate this short question.

agree  Philip Lees: I prefer this answer, although the other one is quite correct too. You could also say, "Wont he be coming?" It's really a question of the overall style of the piece. As this is a homework question, let me say that the original is really "Δεν θα έρθει;"
