neutral  Ivi Rocou: Bishop είναι ο επίσκοπος. Μητροπολίτης είναι ο επίσκοπος συγκεκριμένης διοικητικής περιφέρειεας (Μπαμπινιώτης). -- My comment had to do with the translation of the word "bishop" not "metropolitan"; in my opinion the word should be "metropolite".

  -> At least in England, "metropolitan" is never used to denote a religious rank. One hears about "The Bishop of (District), but never "The Metropolitan of.....
