agree  Electra Voulgari: Gordons SpAce, not spice. http://www.stilianidis.gr/products_uk.asp?prosfora=&offset=1... I would translate χύμα as house wine.

  -> Quite right, I must have been thinking about Bacardi Spice. But "house wine" is usually just the cheapest *bottled* wine offered by the restaurant, so I avoided using the term.
