The first question: im nin'alu - I'm not familiar with the song but "im" means both "if" and "with" (different Hebrew spelling). "Nin'alu" can mean "were locked".

Second question: Yaldi ha tov ve ha rach al tira ve al tifchad = My good and tender child, don't be afraid and don't be scared.
