This word is used in Hebrew to refer to any highly durable plastic, and any attempt to insert an English equivalent would only add confusion. It may have originated from the trademark EcoLon (http://www.matweb.com/search/GetMatlsByTradename.aspx?navlet... but is definitely not synomous with it. |
