Hebrew term or phrase: המפתל
I'm 90% sure it's typo for מפתח but since it's the 2nd time it appears, I decided I'd better check...

The מתפח here refers to a wrench.
אסור להרחיב את פי **המפתל**, אין להשתמש בפחית או בפריט כל שהוא להתאמת גודל המפתח, ואין לתקן מפתח שהתרחב על ידי לחיצות, או מכות.
פתיחת וסגירת בורג תעשה תוך כדי משיכת המפתח ולא על ידי דחיפתו, במקרים שלא ניתן לבצע זאת יש לדחוף את **המפתל** בזהירות מירבית.
