agree  Jaime Blank: "Lattice girder" is one kind, there is also the "Joist Girder"/"Steel Joist Girder" fall under the definition of "מסבכונים" (by the way, Babylon is wrong: "Plate Girder"="מסבכון פלדה"). Joist girders are similar to lattice giders. Plate Girders are solid.
