Hebrew term or phrase: זה פשוט מגוחך! מישהו יצטרך לשלם על זה
Hi, I don't know Hebrew, but I'm trying to (urgently!) edit the subtitles for a TV programme in which the English swearing has now been bleeped out.

Is there anything offensive in the above sentence? If so, could somebody please suggest a milder equivalent?

The English was: "It's absolutely fucking ridiculous! Somebody's arse should be for garters." (A woman is annoyed that building work on her house is not going well).

Thanks in advance.
