This seems like a colloquial sentence, hence I assume this is an excerpt from a conversation and the word באלך is simply a typo and should actually say בא לך.

If "higher" language is required, you can use: I also speak/know (in Hebrew it says יודע, which means "to know") Hebrew well, if you want to speak/talk/converse (choose whichever fits the speaker's style) in Hebrew

neutral Textpertise : Do people actually use בא לך as an expression to mean "you would like"? I have never heard of it used this way.

Yes, בא לי/לך is the "dread of parents"... imagine your child saying: בא לי ארטיק. It is very collquial and unfortunately used by both children and adults.
