I'm looking for the most common short version of "one on one";
I have seen a few used - 1:1, 1/1, 1o1, 101. Is there another way?

one-on-one
Explanation:
I have never seen it any other way. When it is in training it means the student gets the full attenteion of the teacher.
When a course in the USA is labeled 101 it means that it is an introductory course and this has nothing to do with one-on-one. The course can have many participants and be taught for any subject. At http://www.acronymfinder.com/One-on-One-(OOO).html they say OOO is also used but it is very rare. Maybe it is used for texting.
