Hebrew term or phrase: אלקטאוליטים שמורים
Part of a medical report. The patients electrolytes are "shmurim". It doesn't mean "classified", "reserved" or wandering around in an electrolyte preserve, or "preserved" (as in canned electrolytes, a product of Beit Yitzchak). So what word am I missing here?

stable electrolytes
Explanation:
In american medical lingo this would be translated as:
stable electrolytes

preserved
or
conserved

conserved electrolytes

Explanation:
There is a previous relevant question on Proz which you may find appropriate, and another link specific to your question, which by the way you seems to have a typo in electrolytes in Hebrew.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks. Your suggestion seems quite reasonable, but when I Google it, I only find it used in advertisements for a certain product, and not in medical reports. For Sibsab's comment, the phrase is part of a line that reads: Troponin taken in ER in normal range (0.028) CPK slightly elevated (265), blood count normal, Electrolytim Shmurim, creatinine 5.36.
