Passages/passageways
Explanation:
More context could help here.
As in nasal passageways for example.

If it's about the bowels, then movement is right. Without any context it is quite impossible to guess. Can you give more details?

Mariana, no, I am not a doctor. Which websites are you referring to (I didn't post any in this answer)?

Glad to help. BTW, the website (infomed) does not require you to be a doctor or to register. Try this link: http://www.infomed.co.il/

Notes to answerer

Asker: Thank you. I am afraid it figured as a heading amongs a plethora of other parameters - so it was unclear what they referred . I don't have the documents - so I cannot try to clarify at present - nontheless, I am very grateful to you for all your assistance. By the way - are you a doctor? I tried to look up terms in one of the sites you gave as referrence - but it said that only doctors can subscribe? Regards Mariana

Asker: I thought you may have posted the following as a resource: http://www.infomed.co.il/disease but maybe it was someone else. This site only allows doctors to register. In any event - once again many thanks - Mariana
