Medical (general) / physical examination
Hebrew term or phrase: אםפולה רקה
On a hospitalization report there is a line referring to a rectal examination. Background: Hebrew does not seem to be the physician's mother tongue, or, the physician has poor spelling, the report has errors here and there.

The line reads:
תחורים חיצונים ללא סימני דלקת, אםפולה רקה

I don't think he is saying that he found an empty ampule. But I am clueless what the physician was trying to say. Any suggestions?
