: Kovetz Takanot is the name for the government publication of Regulations (delegated legislation). It is usually translitterated in legal translations.

Kovetz takanot is a Hebrew term. The government may use it, but they cannot exclude other uses. Transliteration must be accompanied by translation in legal contexts: trust me.
