Asker: This is not a document, it is not a negotiable instrument, it is an option to purchase land, so I don't think this word is suitable in this context

Asker: I think it does make a difference, if you look at your references you see that negotiable is used only in the context of documents. According to morfix tradable is an acceptable transation but it sounds silly when used in the document. But I may have no choice but to use tradable or transferable.. Not sure.
