seh-la Explanation: Normally, I've seen the OT term spelled "selah" not "seh-la"... May I suggest that SEH stands for Structural Exception Handler- a mechanism for handling software generated exceptions- support for computer geeks (debuggers)- usable across ALL programming languages and computers, often seen on websites (in those little unintelligible phrases and fragments that appear from time to time)...
