I'm having real trouble understanding दिल ने जिसे अपना कहा, a movie title.

Please could you give a literal translation so that I can see how the grammar works?

Is ने the same as the ने in राम ने काम किया?

in longhand, it means
"The one that my heart said belonged to itself" ot "the one that my heart said was its own" hence my offering.
