द्वस्यता Duplicity Explanation: As all of us are aware that Hindi language has something unique called संधि (sandhi) meaning joining of 2 different words to make a third word which may derive meaning from both the words, but the resultant word may have altogether different meaning or context. In the present case also it seems that the word द्वस्य is made up of द्व + अस्य. द्व in Hindi relates to "Two" and अस्य originally Sanskrit means "of this". So in my opinion the word द्वस्य would mean double or duplicating nature of this (or a person or subject under reference). Accordingly द्वस्यता will become Duplicity. Duplicity means being dishonest or deceitful and this could be one of the traits resulting in such remark in performance rating. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 261 days (2012-05-06 19:10:10 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Request all to comment.
