agree  Quamrul Islam: Indeed के is a vocal varient of कि, and the Urdu spelling (کہ) is same for both. کہ has a sense of conjunction "that", so one may also render the line as " ke aashiq ho to aisaa ho=> Hey! (Notice) that a lover should be like this.." etc.
