"batao jo tumne kiya ya phir jo tumne nahi kiya?"
"Tell what you did or just tell what you did not do"

Explanation:
The use of 'again' is not suggested here. Instead 'or in other words tell' , 'or just tell' may also be used:
"Tell what you did or in other words tell what you did not do"
OR
"Tell what you did or tell what you did not do"
OR
"Tell what you have done or in other words tell what you have not done?"
OR
"Tell what you did or just tell what you did not do"

The sentence can also be written as ...

Tell me what you did or again what you didn't do.

JUST = "Sirf"
AGAIN = "Phir"

If you wanted essence of Hindi word "Phir" to reflect in English sentence, ideal sentence had to be...

Tell (me) what you did or again what you didn't do.

Pl. feel free to ask for any clarifications.

What did you do- tell me!

Explanation:
What did you do- tell me!

In hindi when we speak, we tend to repeat words or phrases. In translation, the idea is to convey the closest meaning, not an exact replica. This, of course, is my opinion.

In translating from English, my preference would be to use "aap" rather than "tum", given the tehzeeb of the language.

tell what you have done or else what you have not

Explanation:
here 'batao' literally means show if the question is asked for the party to enact then use the word 'show' in place of 'tell'.
