disagree  Balázs Számadó: Én inkább a "preserving"-re szavazok, mely utal az élelmiszerek minőségi jellemzőinek megőrzésére. A "preservative" már inkább lenne félreérthető, hisz tartósítást is jelent, pedig itt nem a konzervgyártásról van szó.
