kezelt kontaktusok (/év) handled contacts (p.a.) Explanation: First of all, it's weird to use "kezelt kontaktusok" since it's quite an undefined term, but techies made the original papers, I'm sure. So whatever kontaktus mean (how many times any user clicks on a task, how many business cases (workflow instances) are initiated or how many times they are contacted to?), you could safely use contacts. I strongly do not suggest using managed instead of handled, since in the area of helpdesk and other service provider software of this nature, people talk about handled incidents and not about managed incidents. |

maximum number of clients per year Explanation: The hungarian expression sounds rather vague to me. It likely refers to the "maximum number of managable clients within the software". "Kezelt" means "managed" or "handled" while "kontaktus" refers to "contacts" as in "clients" or "customers". It doesn't say that straight out though. |

transactions handled Explanation: It largely depends on the purpose of the system itself. If it is a customer relationship management system, "kontaktus" can easily mean "contact" . If not, "transaction" could also work as a more general term. (Especially if the original text was written in a third language and this is already a translation). |

Contacts handled Explanation: I think that the entire line could be written as 'number of contacts handled' (per year/annum) it just sounds a bit more English than 'Number of handled contacts' |
