So whatever kontaktus mean (how many times any user clicks on a task, how many business cases (workflow instances) are initiated or how many times they are contacted to?), you could safely use contacts. I strongly do not suggest using managed instead of handled, since in the area of helpdesk and other service provider software of this nature, people talk about handled incidents and not about managed incidents. |
