Eladók a fenti összeg átvetelet - mind összegszerűség mind jogcím tekintetében - jelen adásvételi szerződés aláírásával elismerik és nyugtázzák." This means that the parties of the purchase and sale contract acknowledge delivery and receipt of payment for the object of said contract (the amount agreed to be paid under the contract, i.e. the purchase price) and the payment title (purchase and sale). "Összegszerűség" is a complicated way of saying "amount" or "value". "Jogcím" - title, as in payment title. "Tekintetében" - in regard to / with regard to / with respect to (interchangeable).
